abstract FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry, specifically to devices for determining content of oxygen in liquid, and can be used in various fields of analysis, where it is required to determine content of oxygen in organic liquid. Alkaline solution of alkaline metal or amide iodide and sample of analyzed organic liquid are mixed in vessel for analysis. To fix molecular oxygen, solution of soluble manganese salt is added and mixed in darkness. Sample is acidified and iodometric titration is carried out with intense stirring, wherein all operations are carried out while isolating the sample from air oxygen, and mass concentration of oxygen in the analyzed sample is determined by calculation.EFFECT: high accuracy of analysis while broadening the field of use thereof.4 cl
