abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Ultrasonic biomicroscopy is performed. trabeculae descemet's membrane (TDM) thickness and configuration, intrascleral cavity height (ICH), presence of a hypoechogenic tunnel connecting ICH with a filtration pad (FP), height and acoustic density of tissues in the FP area are determined. If deflecting TDM towards ICH and height of ICH more than 0.1 mm, descemetogonio puncture (LDGP) is performed. At the same time 1–3 days before the LDGP, 1 to 3 injections of mixture containing 0.2 ml of 5-fluoruracil and 0.3 ml of collalisin are made in the area of the filtration pad.
