abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Ultrasonic biomicroscopy is performed. trabeculae descemet's membrane (TDM) thickness and configuration, intrascleral cavity height (ICH), presence of a hypoechogenic tunnel connecting ICH with a filtration pad (FP), height and acoustic density of tissues in the FP area are determined. If deflecting TDM towards ICH and height of ICH more than 0.1 mm, descemetogonio puncture (LDGP) is performed. At the same time 1–3 days before the LDGP, 1 to 3 injections of mixture containing 0.2 ml of 5-fluoruracil and 0.3 ml of collalisin are made in the area of the filtration pad. Concentration of the cytostatic in mixture is 20 mg/ml, and the concentration of enzyme is 100 KE/ml. n EFFECT: method enables improving the laser descemetogonio puncture efficiency by evaluating the complex of the most significant parameters. n 3 cl, 2 ex
