titleOfInvention Device for emulsification and controlled addition of flotation reagent
abstract FIELD: physics. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for emulsification and controlled addition of flotation reagent, which is used to enrich coal. Device for emulsifying and controlled addition of flotation reagent contains a system for determining the flow rate and concentration of flotation raw materials, which includes a flow meter and a density meter installed on the supply pipe of the flotation machine, which is connected to the control system using communication lines. Control system is connected to the dosing, emulsification and multipoint addition of reagent system and the foam product control system during flotation. Control system contains a control cabinet with a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a top-level computer connected to each other. Dosing, emulsification and multipoint reagent addition system contains a reagent tank, a metering pump, an emulsification pump, a metering pump for adding a reagent and a buffer reagent tank. Container for the reagent contains a reservoir for the reagent-collector and a reservoir for the foaming reagent. Reservoir for the reagent-collector and the reservoir for the foaming reagent have an opening for adding reagent in their upper part and drain pipes on their lateral surfaces. Valve is installed on each of the drain pipes. Plurality of outlet piping of the reservoir for the reactant-collector and the reservoir for the foaming reagent are connected and then connected to the inlet end of the pump for emulsification. Shut-off valve is installed on the main pipeline, in which a plurality of outlet pipes is connected. Metering pump is installed on each outlet piping of the reservoir for the reagent-collector and the reservoir for the foaming reagent. Valves are installed on the exhaust pipes on both sides of the metering pump. Clean water pipe is connected to the inlet end of the emulsification pump. In the pipeline for clean water, a flow meter of clean water and an electric valve are installed respectively. Output end of the emulsification pump is connected to the buffer tank for the reagent pipelines. In the reagent buffer tank, there are respectively a reagent opening and a drain tube with a valve. Output end of the reagent buffer tank is connected to a plurality of reagent addition sites using pipelines. Metering pump is installed on a pipeline with many reagent addition points. Top-level computer is configured to transfer the result of the calculation to the control cabinet from the PLC. Control cabinet with PLC is designed to control the connected metering pumps to control the amount of reagent added. Control system of the foamy product during flotation is a control chamber mounted on the flotation device and connected to the upper level computer. n EFFECT: reduction of excessive reagent consumption, as well as improving the accuracy of adding reagent. n 5 cl, 3 dwg
