titleOfInvention | METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR CREATING HIGHLY CONDUCTED CRACKS |
abstract | The present invention relates to the extraction of fluids from subterranean formations with the formation of a network of proppant aggregation in fractures of the formation. A reconstructible island of the proppant containing the first quantity of the treated proppant sufficient to allow the formation of the island of the proppant in cracks formed during the fracture and to keep the islands intact if they move in the formation during and / or after fracturing operations either during injection operations, or during mining operations, or to ensure the formation of these islands in cracks to ensure re-shaping of islands or their destruction and re-formation during these operations, to maintain high fracture conductivity and to trap small particles of the formation during these operations, where the agent has a partial or complete coating of the composition, which changes the zeta potential, containing the aggregating composition containing the product amine-phosphate reactions, amine component or their mixtures and combinations, and the amine-phosphate reaction product is a reaction product: an amine selected from the specified types of substances, and complex phosphate a fatty ester selected from the indicated types of substances, a phosphate ester of alkanolamines, phosphate esters of alkyl phenols, phosphate esters of ethylene glycol or propylene glycol. Alternatively, these components are selected from other substances. Composition for the formation of the above islands, containing a fracturing fluid containing 119.8-958.6 kg of the above mentioned agent per m 3 . A method of fracturing a subterranean formation that involves injecting at least two fluids into the formation under fracturing conditions that differ in at least one property of the above composition or fluid medium or a combination of these differences, which improve the placement of the agent and the formation of islands. Alternatively, the method further includes, prior to the step of introducing the agent, a stuffing step comprising pumping a fluid into the packing, which additionally contains a viscosity increasing composition, or said composition and an aggregating composition. The method of locating the network of the proppant / fluid paths in the fractures of the hydraulic fracturing layer involves pumping into the fracturing layer at a pressure above the hydraulic fracture through perforations separated by gaps, sequences of fluid packs consisting of at least one medium not containing a propping agent and with different viscosities , and at least one medium with a proppant and different viscosities, where fluids have different compositions. The invention is developed in the dependent claims. The technical result is an increase in processing efficiency. 6 n. and 19 hp f-ly, 33 ill., 2 tab. |
