abstract | The invention relates to the field of rational use of natural resources and can be used in gas production, gas processing and gas chemical industries. The production cluster includes at least two gas and / or gas condensate fields, an integrated gas treatment unit (GPP) at each of the fields directly or on the coast, a plant for the production of liquefied natural gas (LNG), a system of main pipelines with booster pumping stations. Gas and / or gas condensate mixtures with different content of acidic impurities and С 2 hydrocarbons and higher are extracted at the fields. Natural gas from the first field is fed through the main pipeline to the LNG plant. The natural gas of the second field is sent through the trunk pipeline. During the fall in production of the first field, a part of the natural gas of the second field is supplied to the LNG plant, ensuring that the requirements for the composition of the natural gas coming to the LNG plant are met. Hydrogen sulfide is used to obtain elemental sulfur. Hydrocarbons С 2 and higher are pumped into the natural gas of the second field before it is shipped through the main pipeline. The invention solves the problem of rational use of resources of natural gas fields, gas condensate and oil fields, forming hydrocarbon gas streams of different quality, rational extraction of valuable components from hydrocarbon gas and the variability of their processing with optimal transportation of natural gas and other products to consumers. 11 hp f-ly, 1 ill., 3 tab. |
