titleOfInvention Method of reflux level control, refrigerator and selection unit for its implementation
abstract FIELD: heat exchange. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the design of heat exchangers designed for the rectification and distillation process. Method of reflux level control, realized due refrigerator and unit for condensate extraction from refrigerator, at which condensation of vapors is provided, collection and accumulation of reflux and control of reflux return into column, wherein part of the steam leaving the cooler is returned back after condensation, the steam enters the refrigerator containing the housing and the coolant volume located inside the housing, steam is cooled and condensed on the walls of the refrigerator coolant, condensate is collected in the extraction unit located under the cooler, due to its drainage and the condensate is discharged outside from the extraction unit, wherein excess condensate from the extraction unit flows down and undergoes repeated evaporation, characterized by that steam is additionally cooled and condensate is collected on the inner surface of the refrigerator body due to its natural cooling in contact with the environment, inner tubes of the coolant volume are intended to compensate for growth of pressure in the system due to heating, as well as increase in the surface of heat exchange and higher efficiency of condensation of steam, collection of condensate from which is carried out in a bowl with a hydraulic lock, which, during its overflow, provides for the condensate pouring into the bleeder unit, as well as ensuring the steam in-series contact first with the outer surface of the coolant volume, and then with inner one, controlling the distillation of the distillate discharged from the distillation unit due to changing the amount of condensate directed to repeated evaporation from the sampling unit. Disclosed are refrigerator and reflux collection unit. n EFFECT: possibility of controlling the strength of the obtained distillate by controlling the amount of reflux fed back into the column. n 3 cl, 4 dwg
