abstract The proposed technical solutions relate to the oil industry, namely, systems and devices for the transmission of information and electrical energy from submersible actuators in the operation of wells for the production of fluid. The telemetry information transmission system (System) contains a ground module (MN) and a submersible module (MP), connected via an electric motor power supply circuit (ED), capable of supplying the required supply voltage to all elements requiring power. At the same time, the MP contains a power supply and transmission device of coded telemetric information (PPI), an MP control device (UMP) for collecting and transmitting information, processing data from at least one measuring device (UISism). The MP additionally contains a high voltage power supply device (PVN), a power selection device (VP) and an alternative information transmission device (APAI), ensuring the operation of the MP and the transmission of telemetry information during a short circuit on the communication line. MN contains a ground control module (UMN) for processing incoming information and exchange with the consumer and between MP and MN, the main receiver of coded telemetry information (RIR), as well as the power supply unit for MP, isolation measurement unit (FM) and alternative coded receiver telemetry information (APRI), the input of which is connected to the input of MN, connected to the windings of a three-phase transformer of the power supply circuit of the ED to ensure the reception of telemetry information from the APAI, when receiving through the multifunctional the MN input / output is impossible or unreliable, and the output is connected to the MSD or MN output for transmitting data to the consumer. The MP can contain an independent power source (PAW), the input / output of the UMP can be connected to the input / output of the EP to control its operation, and the power supply can contain an overvoltage protection device (IOL), the input / output of which is connected and the output - with the output of the power supply through the main power device (OP), while the output of the main information transfer device (OPI) is connected to the input of the CC. 2 n. and 6 z. p. f-ly, 1 ill.
