titleOfInvention Fluorescent optical dna sensor
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry, namely to study various biomolecules using the method of luminescent imaging of cells and their components. For this purpose, a fluorescent optical DNA sensor is used, consisting of a substrate and a thin film of the DNA phosphor complex adsorbed on it. Substrate is made of zinc oxide of 18×18 mm size, a phosphor are complex oxides of rare-earth elements, such as vanadates, tungstates, molybdates, yttrium and gadolinium rhenates, the content of which in a thin film is from 10 -8 to 10 -12 mg/ml. n EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the sensitivity of a fluorescent optical DNA biosensor for the detection of biomacromolecules at a concentration of less than 10–15 mg/ml. n 1 cl, 1 tbl, 2 dwg, 3 ex
