abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry, namely to study various biomolecules using the method of luminescent imaging of cells and their components. For this purpose, a fluorescent optical DNA sensor is used, consisting of a substrate and a thin film of the DNA phosphor complex adsorbed on it.
