titleOfInvention Method of obtaining oat biologically active beverage
abstract FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used in production of biologically active beverages for everyday and healthful and dietary meals. Method of obtaining oat biologically active beverage is to prepare oats grain, germination with subsequent washing, grinding, preparation of suspension by infusing of crushed grain in mineral water for 12–14 hours at a temperature of 4–6 °C, separation of suspension into liquid and solid fractions. After separation, the solid fraction is crushed again and prepared from it at least one more suspension, and the resulting liquid fractions are combined. Preparation of oat grain includes soaking oat grain for 1.5–2 hours, washing with running water and infusion for 12–14 hours at a temperature of 25–30 °C in artesian water, for example, "Verh-Katunskaya", and to obtain the suspension mineral table water with mineralization of 0.1–0.25 g/dm 3 Nizhnearkhyzsky field is used, for example, "Gornaya vershina". n EFFECT: invention provides high-calorie oat beverage with a high content of vitamins, minerals; in addition, the invention allows to use of the beverage as a general tonic, regenerating and normalizing metabolism mean. n 3 cl, 2 tbl
