Method for obtaining composite of lithium orthovanadate / carbon |
abstract |
FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of lithium orthovanadate / carbon LiVO/C in finely dispersed state, which can be used as effective anode material of chemical current sources. Method of producing said composite involves hydrothermal treatment of a reaction mixture containing a vanadium compound, a lithium compound and glucose, followed by filtration, washing, drying and annealing in an inert atmosphere. Vanadium compound used is ammonium metavanadate. Lithium compound used is lithium hydroxide monohydrate. Molar ratio of ammonium metavanadate mixture components: lithium hydroxide monohydrate:glucose is 1:3:(5÷2). Hydrothermal treatment is carried out by microwave radiation with power of 17–19 W with constant stirring at rate of 100–300 rpm at temperature of 160–220 °C and pressure of 10–15 bars for 5–20 minutes.
