abstract FIELD: nuclear equipment. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used in nuclear power for the treatment of objects including elements washed with sodium. In order to treat sodium deposited on the elements of a nuclear reactor, said sodium immersed in an aqueous salt solution, which is a carboxylate or amino carboxylate solution. In order to wash nuclear reactor fuel assembly in which sodium is used as a coolant, the fuel assembly is placed in a container, carboxylate or amino carboxylate solution is injected until the fuel assembly is immersed, the solution is circulated in the container in order to extract hydrogen formed in said container. n EFFECT: increased efficiency and shorter time spent washing off residual sodium from the elements. n 13 cl, 4 dwg
