abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a bitumen-polymer composition which can be used, in particular, in making road binder, as well as for production of inner and outer coatings for industrial applications. Bitumen-polymer composition contains bitumen, 0.5–10 wt. % elastomer, 0.05–15 wt. % olefin polymer additive which is functionalised with at least glycidyl functional groups. Bitumen comprises at least a first bitumen base exhibiting characteristic stability S greater than 2.5, and less than or equal to 4.48, and peptization degree S a , greater than 0.60 and less than or equal to 0.77, and a second bitumen base in an amount less than or equal to 50 wt. % with respect to the total weight of the bitumen-polymer composition, where second bitumen base exhibits characteristic stability S from 1 to 2.50 and peptization degree S a , less than or equal to 0.60. Values of S and S a are measured in accordance with ASTM D 7157-12. Invention also describes a method of producing a bitumen-polymer composition, use of the bitumen-polymer composition to obtain a sealed coating, film hydro-insulation and a sealing coating, bitumen-polymer binder, asphalt and a bituminous mixture. n EFFECT: technical result is providing a bitumen-polymer composition with improved low-temperature mechanical properties. n 22 cl, 4 tbl, 4 ex
