abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an extended release particle comprising starch, phenylephrine, and ethyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate copolymer, wherein said starch, phenylephrine, and ethyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate copolymer are coated with at least two coating layers, wherein a first coating layer comprises ethylcellulose, acetyltributylcitrate and magnesium stearate and wherein a second coating layer comprises ethyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate copolymer and ethylcellulose aqueous dispersion.
