abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inorganic chemistry and can be used in the manufacture of displays with field emission of electrons or photoluminescent devices. Calcium titanate phosphor activated by praseodymium (III) has the general formula Ca 1-x Pr x Tio 3 , where 0.001 ≤ x ≤ 0.005. To obtain a phosphor, first prepare the reaction mixture by preliminary mechanical stirring in a planetary mill for 20 minutes of powders of calcium oxide or calcium carbonate, crystalline hydrate of praseodymium (III) nitrate, titanium oxide (IV), titanium, sodium perchlorate.
