abstract | FIELD: physics. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technical physics and is intended for the metal alloys, mainly steels, melts physical properties parameters determination, during these dependences determining on the alloy samples by the contactless method based on the cylindrical crucible with a sample torsional vibrations study. Additional scope of application is metallurgy. Proposed is the metal melts equilibrium estimation method, in which the metal alloy sample physical properties thermal-time dependencies in the form of ν(t° i ) heat = A i heat = A min and ν(t° i ) cool = A i cool = A max are determined . These signals values are memorized and displayed on the multi-channel display, wherein using the above mentioned characteristics A i values. At temperature t° i , exceeding the sample melting t° i >t° mel temperature t° mel signals A i from the memory device output are switched to the division unit inputs, thus receiving the output signal in the form of the K i coefficient value, representing the A max and A min ratio . Entering it into the storage device, recording the K i coefficient, and then using as the melt under study structure equilibrium state assessment quantitative characteristic.
