titleOfInvention Minimally invasive complex method of fixing soft facial tissues
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plastic surgery and cosmetology, and can be used in the implementation of the fixation of the soft tissues of the face for the purpose of rejuvenation. For this, in each half of the face, in the temporal region, surgical threads are inserted through a puncture of the skin of the hairy part of the head and additionally through two punctures in the region of the frontal aponeurosis. At the same time, one of the two skin punctures in the area of the frontal aponeurosis is made in the projection of 2/3 of the eyebrow in the hairy part of the head at a distance of 2 cm from the hair growing edge, from where two surgical sutures are placed alternately in the direction of the nose bridge. Three surgical sutures are installed alternately along a curved path towards the lateral edge of the eyebrow, passing through the temporal region and leading the cannula along the jugal arch, passing the zygomatic ligament, buccal bridge, further towards the nasolabial fat pad with fixation in it. Other one of the two skin punctures in the area of the frontal aponeurosis is carried out from a point 2 cm lateral to the first of the two skin punctures in the area of the frontal aponeurosis and five sutures are set alternately with a cross with the previously placed sutures, where one suture to the nose bridge, the second suture to 2/3 of the eyebrow, and three sutures alternately towards the edge of the eyebrow. Ends of the surgical sutures are brought to the surface and fixed by tying a knot, followed by submersion in soft tissues. Sutures with counter-directed notches are used as surgical sutures. n EFFECT: method provides minimal invasiveness, and therefore, safety, reliability, and an increase in the duration of preservation of tissue fixation, which is necessary when carrying out procedures aimed at facial rejuvenation. n 1 cl, 3 dwg
