abstract FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to soft drink industry and can be used in the production of functional drinks with ginseng. Soft drink contains sweetener, edible acid, fruit raw materials, ginseng additive and drinking water. Dried stevia leaves are used as a sweetener; sorbic acid is used as a edible acid, fruits and berries are used as fruit raw materials; and CO 2 extract of Far Eastern ginseng root Panax Ginseng C.A. is used as ginseng additive. Meyer. Drink also contains sodium alginate. Frozen berries or canned fruits are used as fruit raw materials. Peaches or plums can be used as fruits, and lingonberries or sea buckthorn are used as berries. n EFFECT: invention provides the finished product with a high biological value and increases the shelf life of the product for 45 days at a temperature of 4–6 °C. n 7 cl, 3 tbl
