abstract | FIELD: technological processes. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for laboratory determination of creatine kinase macroforms and MB-isoenzyme macroforms. A method is described for the determination of creatine kinase macroforms and the MB-isoenzyme macroforms in human blood serum, including the determination of creatine kinase and MB-isoenzyme by an enzymatic method, characterized in that creatine kinase macroforms, including MB-isoenzyme, are precipitated by adding an equal volume of polyethylene glycol 6,000 to blood serum at final concentration of 12–14 %, followed by centrifugation for 20–25 minutes at 2,000–2,200 g, the activity of creatine kinase and MB-isoenzyme is determined in the supernatant and the activity of macroforms as a percentage of the initial activity of creatine kinase and its MB-isoenzyme is calculated. n EFFECT: creation of a laboratory method for determining creatine kinase macroforms and MB-isoenzyme macroforms that do not require expensive equipment, specially trained personnel, reduced research time. n 1 cl, 1 ex |
