titleOfInvention | Method of obtaining a radiation-modified wear-resistant polymer coating on a steel pipe and a steel pipe with a radiation-modified wear-resistant polymeric coating |
abstract | FIELD: machine building. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of engineering, namely to the technology of production of steel pipes with a wear-resistant polymer coating used for construction and operation of oil and gas pipelines, heat supply and water supply systems, including large diameter pipes. Method for producing a radiation-modified wear-resistant polymer coating on a steel pipe is described, comprising applying a primer layer to the surface of a steel pipe, applying an adhesive layer on the primer layer, followed by applying a composite polymer layer in the form of a matrix based on polyolefins on the adhesive layer and reinforcing filler - fibers and radiation modification of the coating using at least one electron accelerator with an irradiation dose of 1–100 Mrad, with a ratio of the speed of movement to the speed of rotation of the pipe equal to 0.1–5.0. Also another method for producing a radiation-modified polymer coating on a steel pipe and steel pipe itself are described. n EFFECT: technical result of the claimed group of inventions is to increase the impact strength and wear resistance of the polymer coating during the long-term operation of pipes. n 3 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl |
