titleOfInvention Method for predicting the risk of development of pre-eclampsia in women of different somatotypes
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, obstetrics, gynecology and can be used to predict the risk of preeclampsia. Urinary nephrin and podocalyxin excretion is determined. Anthropometric measurements, body fat mass, of the woman under study in the period of pregnancy up to 9–10 weeks are made according to J. Mateigka's formula, somatotype is determined by the method of R. N. Dorokhov, the presence of pre-eclampsia in the anamnesis, VEGF, PlGF and sFlt-1 in the gestation period of 12–13 weeks in serum, VEGF in urine are determined. Obtained data are used in formula: PE=-90.22-(7.74xA)+(0.09xB)-(1.19xC)-(0.195xD)+(0.043xE)+(0.134xF)+(0.62xG)+(0.29xH)+(0.56xI), where PE is pre-eclampsia (%), A is a female somatotype (somatotyping points), B is a woman fat mass (kg), C is the presence of pre-eclampsia in the anamnesis: 1 – yes, 0 – no, D – VEGF in serum in the period of gestation of 12–13 weeks (pg/ml), E – PlGF in serum in the period of gestation of 12–13 weeks (pg/ml), F – sFlt-1 in serum in the period of gestation of 12–13 weeks (pg/ml), G – nephrine in urine in the period of gestation of 12–13 weeks (ng/ml), H – podocalyxin in urine in the period of gestation of 12–13 weeks (ng/ml), I – VEGF in urine in the period of gestation of 12–13 weeks (pg/ml). n EFFECT: method allows identifying pathology in early stages of gestation for timely treatment and high accuracy of determining individual prognosis of pre-eclampsia. n 1 cl, 1 dwg, 4 tbl, 2 ex
