titleOfInvention Biohydrochemical method for detecting oil deposits in transit zone
abstract FIELD: monitoring and measurement equipment. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geochemical methods of research in the field of searching for minerals, in particular, to biohydrochemical methods for detecting oil deposits in hard-to-reach parts of the sea shelf. In the transit zone of the shelf, samples of macrobenthos are collected and investigated for the presence in its tissues of organic molecules of oil and nanoparticles of metal-informants of oil. Quantitative determination of metal nanoparticles in benthos tissues is performed using induction-coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Quantitative determination of organic molecules of oil in the sample is carried out by chromatography-mass spectrometry. Total amount of hydrocarbons in the sample is determined by the gravimetric method. Fraction of aromatic hydrocarbons is determined by a spectrophotometric method on an ashed sample. Coordinates of the contour of the oil reservoir in the transit zone are determined on the basis of the coordinates of the samples with a modified content of metal and hydrocarbon nanoparticles with respect to the neutral rate. n EFFECT: increasing the informativeness and reliability of identifying difficult-to-detectable oil deposits in the transit zone of the sea shelf. n 1 cl
