abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to dentistry. Method for the treatment of alveolitis of the tooth hole is to conduct local treatment, combined with physiotherapy procedures, an ointment consisting of a mixture containing 2 parts of a 2 % alcohol solution of gramicidin, 1 part of a prednisolone solution 30 mg/ml, 3 parts of a 10 % benzocaine oil solution is injected into the pre-treated tooth well, as a basis, a mixture of anhydrous lanolin – 220 parts and cocoa butter – 442 parts is used, and as a physiotherapeutic influence, local application of a low-wave laser by a contact stable technique from the vestibular side of the tooth hole is used, while the radiation power density is 60 mW/cm 3 , the specific dose is 0.55 J/cm 3 , the duration of exposure is 5 minutes daily for 5 days. n EFFECT: providing anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and analgesic effects of adhesive ointment in combination with the stimulating effect of a therapeutic laser. n 1 cl, 2 ex
