FIELD: technological processes; chemistry.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an aqueous two-component basecoat material, as well as to a method for producing such a coating. Aqueous two-component basecoat material contains the main component, which includes a polyurethane resin, which has a hydroxyl number of 15–100 mg KOH/g, and an acid number of 10–50 mg KOH/g, an aqueous dispersion containing water and a polyurethane resin fraction consisting of at least one polyurethane resin, while the fraction of the polyurethane resin contains a gel fraction of at least 50 %, and has a transition to a glassy state at a temperature of less than -20 °C, and has a transition to the molten state at a temperature of less than 100 °C, color or effective pigment, with at least one pigment used in the form of at least one pigment paste, which contains at least one polyurethane resin as a paste paste; as well as a curing component containing a hydrophilic modified polyisocyanate, which has a mass content of isocyanates of 8–18 %.EFFECT: use of the aqueous two-component material of the above composition for the production of base coatings provides high flexibility and elasticity, as well as effective resistance to external mechanical effects of these coatings.15 cl, 6 tbl |
