titleOfInvention Method of thermal chemical disinfection and drying of equipment
abstract FIELD: technological processes. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of disinfectology and is intended for the disinfection of clothing and equipment contaminated with spore forms of microorganisms. For thermochemical disinfection and drying clothing and equipment, textiles and clothing made of woven and non-woven materials from cotton, synthetic and mixed fibers with protective coatings and without them are treated in batches with a weight not exceeding 11 kg at a time in drum-type devices. Specified equipment is placed in the washing and squeezing machine with a drum loading factor of not more than 2/3 of the volume of products made from cotton fibers or not more than 1/2 the volume of products made from synthetic and mixed fibers. Disinfectant solution with a temperature (70±1) °C with a flow rate of 3 liters⋅kg -1 dry equipment for cotton fiber products or 5 liters⋅kg -1 for the product of synthetic and mixed fibers. As a disinfecting solution, hydrogen peroxide is used with a concentration of 3 % by weight, to which one of the surfactants is added: catamine AB or neonol AF-9-12 in an amount of 0.1 % by mass, or sulfonol in an amount of 0.2 % mass, or isopropyl alcohol in an amount of 40 % by volume. Then turn on the machine and carry out heat and chemical treatment while rotating the drum for (2.40±0.20) minutes. Disinfect the solution out of the car. Equipment is centrifuged in the washing and squeezing machine at 1,300–1,400 rpm -1 for (7.00±0.25) minutes or overload the property in a centrifuge and carry out centrifugation at 1,400 rpm -1 for (5.00±0.20) minutes. Then the equipment is overloaded into a drying machine and dried for (12.50±0.20) minutes by air with a flow rate of 900 m 3 ⋅h -1 at a temperature of (100±0.5) °C. n EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to simultaneously process various materials and products made thereof, including warmed clothes, without deteriorating consumer properties, and also to shorten the duration of disinfection. n 1 cl, 5 tbl, 1 ex
