abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, oncology, namely to gynecological oncology, and can be used to simulate the pro-carcinogenic effect of synoestrol on ovarian tissue in female offspring. On the 11 th day of the prenatal period, females of laboratory mice are administered intramuscularly with synoestrol at a dose of 40 mcg/kg of mouse weight as a 2 % oil solution. n EFFECT: method provides morphologically and immunohistochemically controlled pro-carcinogenic effect on ovarian tissue in female offspring of laboratory mice through the use of an effective subtoxic dose of synoestrol. n 1 cl, 8 dwg
