abstract FIELD: switching devices. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the organization of automatic balancing of multi-threaded connection flows on switching devices. Receive a data packet with the TCP SYN set flag. Analyze optional TCP level headers. When found among the headers, the MP_CAPABLE option updates the key table of the switching device. Table is searched by the signature of a TCP stream – a collection of IP addresses and TCP ports for its sender and receiver: if there is no entry in the key table with the corresponding signature, a new entry is created, including the stream signature, the key contained in the MP_CAPABLE option, and the current timestamp. If there is already an entry in the table with the specified stream signature, update the specified entry, updating the sender's MRTSR key and the timestamp specified inside the table. If the table has a record with the inverse signature that matches the signature of the intercepted stream with the accuracy of the permutation of the addresses of the sender and recipient, using the sender's key and recipient's key stored in the table, which is contained in the intercepted stream option, calculate the NMAR value – the hash function used to identify the multi-thread connection. n EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the functionality of the switching device for detecting separate streams of multi-threaded connections. n 7 cl, 3 dwg
