abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to an enzyme immunoassay method with interference suppression for the determination of anti-drug antibodies to a therapeutically active antibody for the treatment of arthritis. Method includes: (a) incubating a sample taken from a patient with arthritis treated with the said therapeutically active antibody with a mixture containing the conjugate of the said therapeutically active antibody and the first component of the binding pair as an exciting therapeutically active antibody and a conjugate of said therapeutically active antibody and a detectable label as a detector therapeutically active antibody, to form a complex; (b) immobilization of the complex formed on stage (a) on the solid phase; (c) incubating the immobilized complex with an antibody to a detectable label of a detector therapeutically active antibody conjugated to a second detectable label, and (d) the determination of anti-drug antibodies. n EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the number of false-positive results of the analysis of anti-drug antibodies to a therapeutically active antibody for the treatment of arthritis. n 7 cl, 7 ex, 8 dwg, 9 tbl
