abstract | FIELD: technological processes; chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing modified polyaspartic acids or its salts, modified polyaspartic acids or its salts, use thereof, to the composition of a dishwashing detergent, to a liquid or gel composition of detergents and cleaning product compositions, to a solid composition of detergents and cleansers. Method for producing the modified polyaspartic acid or its salts is that the following components are polycondensed: (a) from 50 to 98 mol% aspartic acid, (b) from 1 to 49 mol% at least one compound containing carboxyl groups, and (c) from 1 to 30 mol% diamine or amino alcohol. Polycondensation is carried out at a temperature in the range of from 100 to 270 °C for a period of 1 minute to 50 hours. Subsequent hydrolysis of the cocondensates with addition of a base. Optional acidification of the salt of polyaspartic acid obtained with mineral acids. Components (b) and (c) are taken in a molar ratio of 5:1 and 1:1.5. In this case, component (b) is not aspartic acid. Modified polyaspartic acid is used as a scale inhibitor and/or dispersing agent, as an additive in cleaning agents, detergents or detergents. Detergent composition comprises the above-mentioned polyaspartic acid, a complexing agent, detergent components, non-ionic surfactants, bleaching agents, bleach activators and bleach catalysts, enzymes and additives. Liquid or gel composition of the detergent and cleaning agent comprises the above polyaspartic acid, surfactants, detergent components, additional detergent components and / or complexing agents, bleaching systems, detergent or cleaning agent ingredients and water.
