titleOfInvention | Method of prevention of chronic fluorine intoxication in experiment simulation |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental biology and medicine and can be used for the prevention of chronic fluoride toxicosis (CFT). Method for the prevention of chronic fluoride intoxication in the simulation in the experiment includes affecting experimental animals with an aqueous solution of sodium fluoride and the rhodiola rosea extract-VIS prophylactic drug. Sodium fluoride is injected with drinking water at a concentration of 10 mg/l with a daily dose of fluoride of 1.2 mg/kg of the body weight of the experimental animal. Rhodiola rosea extract-VIS preventive adaptogenic drug is administered once a day in the amount of 27 mg/kg of the body weight of the experimental animal in 1 % starch gel, before the first feeding, with the feeding regimen 2 times a day, orally, individually for each animal, using a cannula, with the experiment duration of 12 weeks. n EFFECT: method provides an improvement in tissue metabolism, a reduction in the severity of degenerative, dystrophic and necrotic changes in the liver and kidneys, as well as the restoration of the synthetic and detoxifying functions of the liver. n 1 cl, 1 tbl |
