abstract | FIELD: technological processes. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing copolymer diene-vinyl aromatic rubbers modified with a polar comonomer. Method of obtaining copolymer diene-vinylaromatic rubbers, modified with polar comonomer, is carried out through emulsion copolymerization of conjugated dienes, vinylaromatic monomers and polar comonomers in the presence of a radical initiator, molecular weight regulator and emulsifier, followed by separation of rubber from latex. Method differs in that an antioxidant in the form of sterically hindered phenols in an amount of from 0.2 to 0.6 % by weight is added to the vinyl aromatic monomer entering the polymerization, as a modifying polar comonomer, vinyl derivatives modified by polar groups are used, and the polar comonomer is fed fractionally during the process: the first batch in an amount from 0.5 to 1.0 pts. wt. is fed together with the hydrocarbon charge, and the second and third portion is fed in an amount of from 0.5 to 2.5 pts. wt. during the conversion of monomers from 30 to 40 % and from 50 to 60 %, respectively.
