FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a refractory, coarse ceramic product used as a working liner on the side of fire exposure in an industrial furnace, in particular in furnace plants for the production of cement, mine lime kilns or rotary lime kilns, heating furnaces, and furnaces for power generation. Open porosity of the refractory product is 23–45 vol. %, where in the composition of the refractory material, the proportion of the medium size fraction with a grain size between 0.1 and 0.5 mm ranges from 10 to 55 wt. %, the proportion of the fine-grained fraction with grain sizes of up to 0.1 mm is 20–61 wt. %, and the proportion of the coarse-grained fraction with grain sizes above 0.5 mm is 9–25 wt. %. Refractory material can be selected from the group: magnesia, calcined dolomite, alumina magnesia spinel, hercynit, forsterite, pleonaste, chrome ore, zirconia, calcium aluminate, calcium hexaaluminate, alumina and/or SiC aluminosilicate raw materials, ball clay, or mixtures thereof. n EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the reduction of shrinkage of the material during high-temperature application. n 8 cl, 5 tbl, 4 ex, 6 dwg |
