titleOfInvention Method of elimination of the bone and cartilage nasal deformity
abstract The invention relates to medicine, namely to maxillofacial and plastic surgery, and can be used to correct the deformation of the structures of the nose. Conduct gidropreparovku skin in the tip of the nose and its rays. Carry out an inverted V-shaped skin incision in the area of the columella and continue with its two marginal intranasal incisions in the run-up to the nasal passages. Mobilize the skin and fatty layer and nadkhryaschnitsa, exposing the upper and lower lateral cartilage. Osteotomy of the nasal bones and cartilage resection are performed. Position the autograft in the area of deformity of the bone and cartilage of the nose. As an autograft use free subepithelial connective tissue autograft. The autograft is taken in the hard palate by hydroplating the hard palate mucosa, making two parallel cuts of the mucous membrane from the canine to the second molar of the upper jaw, departing 3-5 mm from the edge of the gum, spaced 3-5 mm apart. When a medial incision is made, the mucous membrane of the hard palate in the subepithelial layer is cleaved to the mid palatine suture. A lateral incision is performed to the periosteum, followed by the collection of free subepithelial connective tissue autograft 5-25 mm long and 5-15 mm wide and its de-epithelialization. The method allows to eliminate the deformation of the osteo-cartilaginous part of the nose with high functional and aesthetic results, to minimize injuries of the donor site by using the free palatine subepithelial connective tissue autograft used as a soft-tissue autogenous membrane between the bone-cartilage structures and the skin, safer and less susceptible to complicate the donor area and simplify the method of sampling free palatal connective tissue graft. 6 il., 1 pr.n n n .
