FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and relates to a cytotoxic antibody-drug conjugate comprising a cytotoxic substance attached to the N-terminal amino acid residue of the antibody heavy or light chain, wherein the cytotoxic agent is site-specifically attached to the N-terminal α-amino group of the native first amino acid residue of the antibody heavy or light chain, and the cytotoxic substance is attached to the antibody via a linker containing a reactive aldehyde group via a reductive alkylation reaction of said aldehyde group.
