abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry and cardiology, and can be used for premedication of patients with cardiac rhythm disorders during dental intervention. To do this, the blood pressure and heart rate are measured in the patient, the appointment, taking into account the data obtained, before the treatment of the soothing agent. Patient is additionally determined to saturate the blood with oxygen SpOand with SpOvalue from 80 to 98 %, 80–100 heart rate per minute and the pressure of 140/90–190/100 mmHg. prescribed oral reception of a cardioselective beta-blocker in a dose of 25–50 mg, claritin at a dose of 10 mg, ¼ aparax tablet, 30–40 minutes before treatment.EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of performing dental manipulations in patients with heart rhythm disorders, increased effectiveness of treatment by means of eliminating intracardiac myocardial reactions.1 cl, 3 ex
