abstract FIELD: chemical industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a foam antimicrobial agent which can be used to produce degassing, disinfecting, bleaching agents, used in emergencies and in the elimination of accidents, as well as for degassing laboratory utensils, tools, equipment, fume hoods, surfaces, including those with a negative inclination angle, working areas for temporary storage of industrial waste, means of individual protection, solutions, reactionary masses, etc. Foam detergent based on N, N-dichloroarylsulfonamide(dichloramines B, T, HB), alkali metal hydroxide and quaternary trialkylarylammonium or phosphonium salt contains an organofluorine surfactant as a foam generating agent and glycerin as a foam stabilizer. Quaternary ammonium compounds or quaternary phosphonium salts ensure the flow of mechanisms of interphase catalysis both at the stage of preparation and at the stage of its use. Agent is prepared by reacting an aqueous solution comprising an alkali metal hydroxide and a quaternary trialkylaryl ammonium chloride, with solid-phase N, N-dichloroarylsulfamides followed by the introduction of an organofluorine foaming agent and a stabilizer. n EFFECT: method does not require special equipment, heating, mechanical stirring and is easily implemented in laboratory and field conditions. n 3 cl, 5 ex
