titleOfInvention Method for producing complex of biologically active peptides with neurotropic activity
abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pharmaceuticals, and can be used to prepare a complex of biologically active peptides exhibiting neurotropic activity. Method includes the steps of grinding and homogenizing the frozen tissue from the cerebral cortex of slaughter animals, extracting the homogenate with a solution of acetic acid containing zinc chloride at a concentration of 1.2 g/l at a mass ratio of homogenate and acetic acid solution 1:5, treating the supernatant with acetone, washing of the precipitate formed with acetone. Then, the drying of the precipitate is carried out, along with extraction of the peptides from the dried powder with water for injection. At the extraction stage of the peptides from the dried powder, the enzyme-serine endoprotease is added to a final concentration of 0.3 %, maintained at a temperature of +65 °C and constant stirring for 3 hours, the enzyme is inactivated at a temperature of +90 °C for 30 minutes, the reaction mixture is cooled to room temperature, separated, filtered and lyophilized.EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to increase the yield and quality of the desired product.1 cl, 3 tbl
