Recombinant plasmid DNA pPDGFB encoding the synthesis of a polypeptide with human platelet-BB growth factor, which provides biosynthesis with a level of about 40รท60 mg of recombinant protein/liter culture. Highly efficient synthesis of the target polypeptide is ensured by the fact that the target gene is under the control of the strong inducible promoter AOX1. n EFFECT: present Pichia pastoris strain GS115PDGFB provides the synthesis of a polypeptide with human platelet-BB growth factor in an amount of at least 40 mg of the target protein per liter of culture. n 2 cl, 4 dwg, 3 ex
