titleOfInvention | Method for obtaining petroleum sulfoxides |
abstract | FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for production of petroleum sulfoxides that are used as extractants of noble metals, flotation agents – ore collectors, active biological substances, etc. Method includes oxidizing sulfides of sulfurous oils and isolating the desired products, as an oxidizer, an industrial aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide with concentration of 5 g/l and consumption per gram sulfur atom of sulfide equal to 0.5–1.0 mole is used, oxidant is fed into the concentrate at temperature of 20°°C by addition of ClOor by bubbling with air, oxidation product is extracted with chloroform, washed to neutral, dried over MgSO, chloroform is distilled off in vacuo at 20°°C.EFFECT: method for preparation of petroleum sulfoxides is proposed.1 cl, 3 tbl, 1 ex |
