abstract |
FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a solid detergent composition for laundry made of free-flowing particles comprising: (a) 0.1 to 5 wt % of colorant particles comprising: (i) 2 to 10 wt % of colouring agent. The colouring agent has the following structure, formula (IV), wherein R1 and R2 are independently selected from the group consisting of: H; alkyl; alkoxy groups; alkyleneoxy groups; an alkyl-substituted alkyleneoxy group; urea; and amido groups; R3 is a substituted aryl group; X is a substituted group containing a sulfonamide functional group and optionally an alkyl and/or aryl functional group. And wherein the substituent group contains at least one alkyleneoxy chain which contains an average molar distribution of at least four alkyleneoxy functional groups; and (ii) 60 to 98 wt % of clay; and (b) 35 to 80 wt % of spray-dried particles comprising: (a) 8 to 24 wt % of an alkyl benzene sulfonate anionic detersive surfactant; (b) 5 to 18 wt % of silicate salt; (c) 0 to 10 wt % of sodium carbonate; and (d) 0 to 5 wt % of carboxylate polymer. n EFFECT: uniform colorant distribution on the fabric surface and minimized unwanted staining. n 11 cl, 3 ex |
