abstract | FIELD: veterinary science. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine, namely to a method for preventing mastitis in highly productive cows. Essence of the invention is that a pharmacological composition consisting of doxycycline as an active ingredient, dimethyl glycerolates of silicon, glycerolates of silicon as a base, hydroxyethyl cellulose as a stabilizer and distilled water as a solvent, preparation is composed of components at a ratio, by weight, of: Doxycycline - 4.0; Dimethylglycerolates of silicon (CH 3 ) 2 Si(C 3 H 7 O 3 ) 2 ⋅C 3 H 8 O 3 - 2.5; Glycerolates of silicon Si(C 3 H 7 O 3 ) 4 ⋅6C 3 H 8 O 3 - 2.5; Hydroxyethyl cellulose - 0.5; Distilled water is the rest, and the preparation, the pharmacological composition, is administered one day prior to intra-cisternal start-up in all parts of the mammary gland with a syringe in a dose of 5 ml into the nipple, administration is carried out once after the last milking of the cows, at the same time, before the introduction of the pharmacological composition, milk is syringed from all parts of the udder, and after the introduction, massage the nipples of the udder from below to the top. n EFFECT: invention provides an improvement in the quality of milk while maintaining and improving animal health. n 1 cl, 11 tbl |
