titleOfInvention | Method of suturing with bicaval cannulation in cardiovascular surgery |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiovascular surgery. Two overlapping horseshoe-shaped sutures are performed in form of a quarter-circle open with an open-ended part placed at 9 o'clock from the operator. In this case, the first is placed 2–3 cm distal to the mouth of the superior hollow vein along its anterior surface. Second is applied 1–2 cm above the mouth of the inferior vena cava. n EFFECT: method allows to reduce the time of connection of the device of artificial circulation and the risk of complications with bicaval cannulation due to the increased size of the heart. n 1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex |
