| abstract | FIELD: microbiology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiology and can be used for the primary seeding of a biomaterial isolated from the lower respiratory tract of patients with cystic fibrosis during a microbiological study. Method involves sowing on the surface of cups with 5 % blood agar, chocolate agar, a universal chromogenic medium, selective medium for Burkholderia cepacia (OFPBL-agar) of a homogenized material from the lower respiratory tract of patients with cystic fibrosis using the technique of inoculation with a "stroke" followed by incubation with the specified process parameters with daily viewing of crops.
