titleOfInvention Methods for chemical synthesis of phyllyrine
abstract FIELD: technological processes; chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for the chemical synthesis of phyllyrin, which can be used in the chemical industry. Proposed is a method that includes the following steps: (1) dissolution of glycosyl-phyllygenin acceptor and glycosyl donor – 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acyl-D-glucopyranosyl trichloroacetimidate in an inert gas atmosphere with the addition of a catalyst and a molecular sieve in anhydrous dichloromethane or anhydrous trichloromethane for glycosylation to give tetraacyl-phyllyrin, (2) dissolving tetraacyl-phyllyrin in an organic solvent, adding sodium methoxide to deacylate, adding an acidic pH regulator to adjust pH of the reaction mixture to neutral and performing purification to produce phyllyrin.EFFECT: new efficient method for the chemical synthesis of phyllyrin is proposed.6 cl, 5 tbl, 4 ex
