abstract FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to the recombinant production of a fusion protein consisting of a ganoderma immunoregulatory protein and human serum albumin (HSA), and can be used in medicine to treat leukopenia and as an antitumour agent. Obtained is an rLZ-8-HSA fusion protein, in which the C-terminus of the ganoderma immunoregulatory protein is connected to human serum albumin via a binding peptide.EFFECT: invention improves the biological activity of rLZ-8-HSA ganoderma fusion protein and increases its in vivo half-life in comparison with rLZ-8.10 cl, 4 dwg, 7 tbl
