FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the analysis and determination of hydrogen in aluminum alloys. A method is proposed for determining the hydrogen content in aluminum alloys, including extraction of the melt, its subsequent crystallization simultaneously in two heated crucibles: one of them is at atmospheric pressure and the other is under low pressure, and measuring the difference in density of the ingots produced. During the crystallization of the melt, a sample in a crucible under low pressure is exposed to ultrasound, and the sample in the crucible under atmospheric pressure is pressed into a stick with a drawing of not less than 5 and the hydrogen content is determined from the obtained density difference of the samples.EFFECT: increase in accuracy in determining the hydrogen content in the aluminum melt.1 cl |
