abstract | FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plating technology on components and can be used to control thickness of coating during its chemical deposition on components. Method consists in the fact that in solution of bath with a part immersed in it, a control sample is immersed, which have a known surface area on which coating is deposited, and thickness of coating on components during its deposition is determined by calculation, depending on the mass of control sample, which is measured during process of deposition by weighing. To measure the mass of control sample, strain gauge is used, which connected to a controller for processing weighing results and calculating thickness of coating of a part, control sample is fixed on measuring element of the strain gauge, and thickness of coating deposited on a part is calculated taking into account flotations acting on control sample according to deduced and experimentally developed dependence.EFFECT: improving accuracy of thickness control of coatings.1 cl, 2 dwg |
