Irradiation of the affected nail plates with psoriasis in the region of the hands and/or feet is carried out at a wavelength of 308 nm, which is produced by the XeCl excimer lamp. Influenced with a frequency of 3 times during a five-day workweek. Effects after a day with a duration of exposure of 30 seconds in the first sessions with an increase in the exposure time at each 3rd session for 5 seconds, until the exposure time reaches 1.5 minutes.
