abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatovenereology, and can be used to treat psoriasis of nail plates. Irradiation of the affected nail plates with psoriasis in the region of the hands and/or feet is carried out at a wavelength of 308 nm, which is produced by the XeCl excimer lamp. Influenced with a frequency of 3 times during a five-day workweek. Effects after a day with a duration of exposure of 30 seconds in the first sessions with an increase in the exposure time at each 3rd session for 5 seconds, until the exposure time reaches 1.5 minutes.
