abstract FIELD: cable technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cable technology and can be used for manufacturing polymer earthing switches, flexible anodes of control cable layers. Into an electrically conductive polymer composition with a low specific volume resistance, including a polyolefin, primary and secondary antioxidants – benzopropionic acid 3,5-bis(1,1-dimethyl-ethyl)-4-hydroxy-2-[3-[3,5-bis(1,1-dimethyl)-4-hydroxy-phenyl]-1-oxopropyl]hydrazide, 4,4’-thiobis(6-tert-butyl-m-cresol), tetrakis-methylene-(3-(3’,5’-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate)methane, electrically conductive technical carbon with specific volume resistance ρ=10±6 Ω*cm, electrically conductive technical carbon with specific volume resistance not higher than ρ=5±3 Ω*cm, zinc stearate, polyethylene wax, additionally introduced conductive technical carbon with a specific volume resistance ρ=0.12÷0.20 Ω*m, at the following component ratio, wt. %: polyolefin 46–60, technical carbon with specific volume resistance ρ=10±6 Ω*cm 26–35, technical carbon with specific volume resistance ρ=5±3 Ω*cm 5–10, technical carbon with specific volume resistance ρ=0.12÷0.20 Ω*m 4–8, 4,4’-thiobis(6-tert-butyl-m-cresol) 0.05–0.25, tetrakis-methylene-(3-(3’,5’-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate)methane 0.05–0.20, benzopropionic acid 3,5-bis(1,1-dimethyl-ethyl)-4-hydroxy-2-[3-[3,5-bis(1,1-dimethyl)-4-hydroxy-phenyl]-1-oxopropyl]hydrazide 0.05–0.20, zinc stearate 0.15–1.0, polyethylene wax 4–9.EFFECT: ensuring the lowest values of the specific volume resistance, namely, 3–6 times lower than in the known compositions, as well as the absence of ability to cross-link under the influence of temperature due to the absence of organic peroxide initiators in the composition, which makes it suitable for extrusion and injection molding; high electrical conductivity (low resistance) allows the material to be used as elements of cable technology and fittings.1 cl, 2 tbl
