titleOfInvention Bioreactor for the intensive process of growing aerobic microorganisms
abstract FIELD: biochemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Bioreactor for the intensive process of growing aerobic microorganisms is proposed. Bioreactor includes a housing with a heat exchange jacket, a stirrer shaft, four gas dispersion discs, rotatable baffles, a defoaming disc, a waste air outlet, a culture fluid supply connection to the defoaming disc, a culture fluid recirculation pump and a bubbler. Moreover, each of the four gas dispersion disks is a corrugated perforated disc and is a mixer stage, and the drive shaft of the agitator provides a speed of movement of the rim of the disks of gas dispersion of not less than 5 m/s, drive for turning the baffles is in the form of a ring located under the cover of the bioreactor.EFFECT: invention provides efficient defoamer operation with variable parameters of the culture liquid in the periodic process of growing aerobic microorganisms and the rate of mass transfer of oxygen optimal for a growing population of microorganisms.1 cl, 1 dwg
