titleOfInvention | Anionite with aminogroupes for water treatment and method of its production |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of sorption materials for water treatment installations at thermal and nuclear power plants, for water purification from contaminants of anionic nature, as well as in the processes of hydrometallurgy for extraction of nonferrous and rare metals and method of their preparation. The proposed anion exchange resin with the amine groups for water purification from anionic impurities obtained by the reaction of amination of active apoxygroups of the copolymers of glycidylmethacrylate with a divinyl crosslinking agent, mostly with divinylbenzene. A method of producing the said anion exchanger is also provided. n EFFECT: producing the anion exchange resin with quaternary ammonium base groups in OH-form that eliminates the use of chloro-methyl derivatives and allows to prevent the ingress of chlorine in rinse water, the use of alcohols and glycols as solvents allows to significantly increase the thermal stability of the groups of quaternary ammonium bases, easy to implement recycles highlighting easy boiling amines. n 7 cl, 12 ex |
